Our Training Programme

We believe that our training programme is pivotal in ensuring that we deliver the best possible support to each individual.

Our training consists of:

- A thorough induction covering

- The values of our company

- Valuing people standards

- All mandatory health and safety courses

- Vulnerable adults

- Equality and diversity

Staff then move unto courses that are service-user specific. Finally, staff may move unto courses for self development. Our staff are always monitored to ensure they apply the knowledge from their training courses within their practical day-to-day support and are subject to a processs of review and supervision throughout the year in order to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.

Home Care

We provide services and care for individuals requiring personal care within their own homes. We are committed to promoting the well-being and independence of vulnerable adults, people with physical, mental and learning disabilities. Care assessment and care plans are produced through consultation with each client to ensure accurate information about care needs, wishes, preferences and personal goals. We treat each client as unique individuals, act with integrity and respect, maintain dignity and independence and deal with all complaints promptly.
